TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY OF WINK HOTEL PROJECT – 18 THUY KHUE

      On the morning of April 3, 2026, the topping-out ceremony for Wink Hanoi Westlake Hotel at No.18 Thuy Khue was solemnly held. The event marked a significant milestone in completing the project’s structural works, reaffirming the commitment of all parties to both schedule and quality.

     The ceremony was attended by Mr. Tran Viet Cuong – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Le Minh Sy – Deputy General Director, members of the 3C consulting team working on the project, along with representatives from the Investor, contractors, and other strategic partners.

 

Mr. Tran Viet Cuong – Chairman of the Board and Mr. Le Minh Sy – Deputy General Director attended the topping-out ceremony.

     Wink Hanoi Westlake is one of the key projects in the high-end hotel segment in the Tay Ho area, featuring a refined, contemporary, and modern design. Located in a prime position adjacent to West Lake, the project requires stringent technical construction standards as well as high architectural aesthetics. The successful topping-out on schedule on April 3 stands as clear evidence of the strong efforts and seamless coordination between the investor and consulting and execution teams. As the accompanying consultancy, 3C consistently focuses on ensuring international standards and sustainability for the project. The presence of Chairman Tran Viet Cuong and Deputy General Director Le Minh Sy at the ceremony once again demonstrates the close attention of 3C’s leadership to key projects, while also encouraging the on-site consulting team.

 

     Following the topping-out ceremony, the project will enter the interior finishing and equipment installation phase. With its current progress and close collaboration among all parties, Wink Hanoi Westlake is expected to soon become operational, serving as a modern hospitality icon that enhances both the urban landscape and tourism services of Hanoi.
