Groundbreaking Ceremony for a Complex of 5 Key Projects in Thinh Minh Commune, Phu Tho Province

     On the morning of August 14, 2026, in Thinh Minh Commune, Phu Tho Province, the Provincial People's Committee, in collaboration with the investor consortium—Da Hop Trading JSC, Thang Long Import Export Investment JSC (Dragon Group), and Hop Long Investment & Trading Co., Ltd.—solemnly held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for a complex of 5 key projects, marking a new step forward in the local planning, industrial, and urban development process. Representing 3C, Mr. Le Minh Sy - Deputy General Director, and Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung - Director of the Design Center, attended the event.

     In this large-scale project complex, 3C is honored to be selected to accompany the Investors as the verification consultant for 3 key component projects:

• Thinh Minh Industrial Park: scale of 429.5 ha, total investment of over VND 4,832 billion;

• Thinh Minh 1 Industrial Cluster: scale of 72.41 ha, total investment of nearly VND 575 billion;

• Phu Minh Eco-Urban Area: scale of 87.3 ha, total investment of over VND 1,675 billion.

     With a total scale of nearly 590 ha and a combined investment for these 3 projects alone exceeding VND 7,000 billion, these are highly complex works requiring verification to maintain absolute accuracy and strict compliance with current construction and investment legal regulations. Being entrusted with this verification role further affirms 3C’s technical competence, practical experience, and reputation in construction consulting for large-scale and technically complex projects.
