Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Social Housing Project at Plot AOM-72 (Cao Xanh, Quang Ninh)

     Amidst the joyful atmosphere welcoming the 81st Anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2026), the groundbreaking ceremony for the Social Housing Project at Plot AOM-72 took place with great success. 3C Consulting Joint Stock Company is honored to accompany the project in the capacity of Supervision Consultant.

     The project is invested by the consortium of My Quyen Commercial Investment Joint Stock Company and Global Financial Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company. The building features a scale of 25 above-ground floors and 01 tum floor (rooftop technical floor), located in Subdivision 2, Cao Xanh Ward, Quang Ninh Province (formerly Ha Khanh Ward, Ha Long City). Once operational, the project will significantly address the housing needs of workers, officials, public employees, and policy beneficiaries in the area, while contributing to the completion of modern, synchronized urban infrastructure, aligning with the goal of developing Quang Ninh into a centrally-governed city.
