PROJECT PROGRESS UPDATE: BAC LENH LAO CAI SOCIAL HOUSING PROJECT (GOLDEN SQUARE LAO CAI)

     The Bac Lenh Lao Cai Social Housing Project (Golden Square Lao Cai), located in the residential area adjacent to the extended B6 Road, Bac Lenh Ward, Lao Cai, is invested by the Joint Venture of Dong A Golden Square Joint Stock Company and Foodinco Quy Nhon Joint Stock Company (Alphanam Group). As the construction supervision consultant, 3C continuously works alongside the Investor and contractors.

     The Phase 2 foundation construction is being carried out synchronously across all zones, with the specific completed workload as follows:

• Zone 1: Foundation construction reached 80%
• Zone 2: Foundation construction reached 70%
• Zone 3: Foundation construction reached 60%
• Total Phase 2 foundation construction progress reached 70%.
