     On October 13, 2026, Mr. Cao Tuan Anh, Deputy General Director and representative of 3C Consulting Joint Stock Company, attended the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Ho Tay C Hotel and Services Complex (Diamond Crown Westlake), invested by WESTLAKE LUXURY Joint Stock Company. This is a 6-star luxury hotel project located in the West Lake area—one of the capital's most prime locations.
