3C Consulting Joint Stock Company was established in 2011 and renamed in 2025 from its predecessor, CONINCO 3C Joint Stock Company, which belong to the franchise system of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment – CONINCO, a leading investment and construction consulting enterprise in Vietnam with over 40 years of experience.

With a team of experienced engineers and architects who are always at the forefront of new technologies and continuously improve the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 international standards, 3C is committed to providing high-quality consulting services to customers, delivering economic efficiency, and contributing to community development.
