     Social Housing Project at Lac Vien Warehouse No. 3 is located at the prime central address of No. 142 Le Lai (intersection of Le Thanh Tong – Le Lai, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City), and is one of the city’s key development projects.

 

     Acting as both Project Management and Supervision Consultant, 3C Consulting Joint Stock Company is responsible for the overall coordination and comprehensive control of the project implementation. Currently, construction activities are being accelerated across all work packages, with key progress as follows:

🔹 CT3 & CT4 Buildings (Finishing Stage):

Architectural finishing works, MEP system installation, and external infrastructure are being carried out in a synchronized manner under the strict control of 3C. Both buildings are in the final inspection and acceptance stage, preparing for handover.

🔹 CT5 & CT6 Buildings (Superstructure Stage):

CT6: Concrete casting for beams and slabs of Level 10 is in progress.

CT5: Completion of beams and slabs of Level 9.

3C closely monitors each construction phase (reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works), ensuring full compliance with design requirements and technical standards.

🔹 CT1 & CT2 Buildings (Foundation Stage):

CT1: Foundation works have been completed and accepted, preparing for transition to the superstructure stage.

CT2: Foundation construction is underway, under strict supervision by 3C to ensure structural stability and quality.

   By undertaking both Project Management and Supervision Consultant roles, 3C continues to demonstrate its capability in controlling progress, quality, and safety, contributing to delivering the project on schedule.
