PROJECT PROGRESS UPDATE – HOANG HUY COMMERCE H2, HAI PHONG (APRIL 2026)

      The Hoang Huy Commerce H2 construction investment project is a key mixed-use development comprising commercial, service, and high-end residential apartments in Le Chan Ward, Hai Phong, and is transforming the urban landscape day by day. Under the close supervision of 3C Consulting and Supervision, the project is currently focusing on executing critical structural works with an accelerated pace.

 

     To date, construction activities have been actively expedited, with notable progress in the following areas:

• Superstructure works: Completion of column construction for Level 2 and slab casting at elevation +9.2m, providing a solid foundation for subsequent floors.
• Transfer beam system: Successfully completed concrete casting for slab beams and transfer beams at elevation +10.60m (Level 3 area). This is a technically complex component requiring high precision, which has been well controlled.
• Swimming pool amenities: The swimming pool area at elevation +9.20m is currently undergoing formwork and reinforcement installation, promising to soon deliver a high-end relaxation space for residents.
• Substructure works: 100% completion of piling and diaphragm wall construction, ensuring maximum safety and stability for the entire structure.

     Alongside accelerating construction progress, occupational safety, environmental sanitation, and fire prevention and protection are always prioritized. All construction activities strictly comply with approved technical standards and design specifications, ensuring the long-term quality and durability of the project.
