[Progress Update] Housing Project for the People’s Public Security Forces at No. 275 Nguyen Trai, Hanoi

April 01, 2026

In March 2026, the project “Construction of Housing for the People’s Public Security Forces” at No. 275 Nguyen Trai, Hanoi continued to be actively implemented in line with the approved schedule, with many key work items achieving notable results.

🏗 Construction progress remains stable and well controlled. The project is currently focusing on substructure works, particularly Basement Level B3. Key activities such as excavation for pile caps, pile cap construction, basement slab works, and column structures are being carried out simultaneously.

     Specifically:

  • Excavation for pile caps has reached approximately 95% completion
  • Pile cap construction has reached approximately 90% completion
  • B3 basement slab concreting has reached approximately 30% completion

Quality control is being strictly maintained. All incoming materials, including concrete, steel, and waterproofing membranes, are tested and inspected in accordance with applicable standards. All inspected works during this period have met technical requirements, with no incidents recorded.

Occupational safety continues to be a top priority. 3C has required contractors to further strengthen safety measures, supplement protective equipment, improve site hygiene, and ensure absolute safety in all construction activities.

To maintain and accelerate progress, contractors are being urged to increase manpower, ensure material supply, and optimize construction organization, especially for key structural works in the basement. With close coordination among the Investor, 3C Supervision Consultant, and contractors, the project is steadily progressing in the right direction, moving toward upcoming key milestones.
