Progress Update AEON MALL Thanh Hoa Project (05/2026)

     After more than one year since commencement, the AEON MALL Thanh Hoa Shopping Center project is steadily transforming day by day. Acting as the Project Management (PM) and Supervision Consultant (SC), 3C Consulting Joint Stock Company is closely collaborating with the Employer and contractors to ensure the project is delivered on schedule and meets the highest quality standards.

 

To date, the construction progress of key work items is as follows:

• Partition wall installation: 70% completed in tenant areas
• Ceiling works: 10% completed
• Flooring works: 15% completed
• Fire protection and MEP works:

        + Vertical shafts and sprinkler systems are basically completed

        + Power supply and ELV (extra-low voltage) systems: 65% completed

• External infrastructure works and other auxiliary systems: 40% completed
