Groundbreaking Ceremony of An Phuoc Social Housing Project (Dong Nai) – A Practical Activity to Celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam

     This morning, the groundbreaking ceremony of the An Phuoc Social Housing Project, Dong Nai Province, was solemnly held with the attendance of representatives from state management agencies, the Investor, consulting units, contractors, and numerous distinguished guests.

Phuoc Social Housing Project plays an important role in expanding the social housing supply, contributing to meeting the housing demand of local residents in Dong Nai Province.

The An Phuoc Social Housing Project is developed on an area of more than 7.3 hectares, with a total investment of over VND 1,750 billion, providing the market with approximately 1,500 units of social housing and commercial housing. This project is one of 234 projects nationwide that have been commenced, inaugurated, or technically opened to traffic in celebration of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam. The implementation of the project not only demonstrates the determination of authorities at all levels to realize the policy on social housing development, but also contributes to promoting socio-economic development, ensuring social welfare, and stabilizing people’s livelihoods.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Investor’s representative committed to mobilizing maximum resources, organizing construction in strict compliance with the approved schedule, ensuring quality, occupational safety, and full adherence to legal regulations, with the aim of putting the project into operation efficiently at the earliest possible time.

The groundbreaking ceremony of the An Phuoc Social Housing Project marks an important milestone, initiating the development of a modern and integrated social housing complex. The project contributes to the realization of sustainable development goals and the improvement of residents’ quality of life, while serving as a meaningful activity in celebration of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam.
