Construction Progress Update Commercial Housing Development Project – Thai Binh Ward Residential Area, Hung Yen Province

The Commercial Housing Development Project in the Thai Binh Ward Residential Area, Hung Yen Province (formerly Bo Xuyen Ward, former Thai Binh Province) is invested by Ha Long Housing Investment and Development Joint Stock Company No.6 (Handico6 Ha Long).

The high-rise commercial apartment building is planned as a landmark architectural feature of the area, developed on a land plot of 3,557.1 m², with a scale of 35 above-ground floors and 02 basement levels, contributing to the completion of the architectural and landscape space and meeting the residential as well as commercial–service demands of the area.

To date, the project has completed the construction of pile foundations and raft foundations and is currently focusing intensively on the basement structural works.

All construction activities are being implemented in a synchronized and systematic manner, strictly complying with approved procedures and under tight control throughout execution. Concrete casting works for beams and slabs are proactively organized, including night shifts when necessary, to ensure the overall project schedule.

At present, the project is maintaining a stable and effective construction pace, with close coordination among parties and regular supervision by 3C Supervision Consultant, thereby ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance in accordance with the established requirements.
