BOOYOUNG VINA International Apartment Project Progress Update

   Located in the heart of Mo Lao Urban Area, Ha Dong District, Hanoi, the BOOYOUNG VINA International Apartment Project is a key development created with the dedication and vision of Booyoung Group (Korea).

 

     As a trusted partner accompanying the Investor throughout this development journey, 3C Consulting Joint Stock Company is proud to serve as the Construction Supervision Consultant, committed to ensuring that the project is completed on schedule and in full compliance with the highest quality standards.

   As of May 2026, construction activities at the BOOYOUNG International Apartment Complex are progressing actively across multiple work fronts, including bored piling, sheet piling, ground anchor drilling, and earth excavation. The progress of each tower is as follows:

• CT2: Sheet piling works reached 90% completion; ground anchor drilling reached 5% completion.
• CT3: Bored piling works reached 40% completion.
• CT5: Bored piling works reached 10% completion.
• CT6: Sheet piling works reached 90% completion; ground anchor drilling reached 5% completion.
