3C Attends the Groundbreaking Ceremony of MIDORI PARK The TEN II High-End Apartment Project

     On the morning of March 19, 2026, a representative of 3C Consulting Joint Stock Company – Deputy General Director Ms. Tran Thanh Xuan – attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the MIDORI PARK The TEN II project. This is a key Grade I civil project and one of the new symbols of luxury living, developed by Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd.

     The TEN II project is the next phase of the high-end apartment line within the MIDORI PARK garden urban area. With a total gross floor area of up to 65,193.6 m² on a land plot of over 1 hectare, The TEN II is designed with 14 above-ground floors and 1 rooftop level. The project will provide 374 premium apartments, along with exclusive amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, community spaces, and entertainment areas located on the 10th and 11th floors.

     With the participation of leading partners from Japan and Vietnam such as Kume Design Asia, Cofico, and Core, the project sets stringent standards in terms of engineering, architecture, and sustainable living space. In this project, 3C Consulting Joint Stock Company is honored to accompany the Investor in the design and implementation process. This serves as a testament to the Investor’s trust in 3C’s professional capabilities and the dedication of its engineering team in quality control, safety assurance, and optimization of technical solutions for an international-standard development.
