Project Progress Update: Social Housing Development in the Western Dinh Tri New Urban Area (Bac Giang Ward, Bac Ninh Province)

  The social housing project in the West Dinh Tri New Urban Area (Bac Giang Ward, Bac Ninh Province), invested by Areca Vietnam Investment and Service Joint Stock Company, features a 25-story tower with a typical floor area of 2,360 sq.m. The project has an implementation period of 18 months and is expected to be completed in July 2027.

    Nearly five months after the groundbreaking ceremony, the 25-story tower has gradually begun to take shape. Under the supervision of 3C’s engineering team and the dedicated efforts of the construction contractors, the project has successfully completed the piling and foundation works and is currently progressing with the superstructure construction, reaching the Level 3 floor slab.

   With a commitment to prioritizing construction quality and workplace safety, all technical control procedures are being implemented rigorously. Construction materials are thoroughly inspected for compliance certifications and undergo strict compressive strength testing at accredited LAS-XD laboratories before being approved for use. Surveying and setting-out activities, as well as concrete slump testing, are carried out with meticulous attention to detail. Scaffolding systems and safety nets have been installed comprehensively across the site. In addition, the construction area is maintained in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring a safe working environment throughout the project execution.
