Official Commercial Operation of Yusen Logistics Hung Yen Logistics Center

      Invested by Yusen Logistics (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., the Yusen Logistics Hung Yen Logistics Center is located in Yen My Industrial Park, Yen My Commune, Hung Yen Province. Spanning a total area of 40,000 m², the project features an 18,634 m² international-standard warehouse designed and constructed to meet the rapidly growing demand for storage and distribution in Northern Vietnam's key economic zone.

      The project was constructed in alignment with LEED Green Building certification standards, utilizing energy-efficient materials and equipment solutions throughout both construction and operational phases. Beyond the warehousing area, the facility is systematically planned with dedicated office spaces and separate parking facilities, ensuring convenience, safety, and optimized logistics efficiency.

      Now officially operational, the project was accompanied by 3C as the Project Management and Construction Supervision Consultant throughout its implementation. 3C ensured the project was completed on schedule while meeting all designated technical and international environmental standards. Once again, 3C not only reinforces its professional competence in industrial and logistics consulting, but also cements its reputation and position in partnering with international investors to develop modern industrial infrastructure in Vietnam.
