Construction Progress Update: Legal Aid Agency Head Office Project (July 2026)

      The construction project for the Legal Aid Agency Head Office officially celebrated its topping-out ceremony on July 25, 2026, after nearly 9 months of active construction following its commencement on November 7, 2025. Designed with 01 basement and 09 superstructure floors, the project features 3C serving in two key roles: Design Consultant and Project Management Consultant (PMC).

      Currently, the main contractor is executing the external envelope masonry and internal partition wall construction on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. Through close coordination among the Employer, the PMC/Design Consultant, and the Contractors, all technical specifications and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards have been strictly enforced throughout the construction process.

      Following the completion of masonry works on the lower levels, the project will proceed with upper-level wall finishing, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems installation, and architectural finishing works, aiming toward final handover and commissioning.

     3C Consulting Joint Stock Company remains committed to accompanying the Employer in design consultancy and project management, ensuring the project is executed on schedule, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring full site safety.
