To 12/10/2018 project: Bach Viet Apartment Complex Areca Garden – Bac Giang progress as requested by the Owner.

Specifically:

 

Completed the sample floor and sample apartment (4th floor)

1. Progress of rough body: Constructed curved 18/22 floors. Expected November 10, 18 construction of roof floor on the 22nd floor. (10 days ahead of schedule).
2. Progress of construction: Built to the 15th floor (Achieving progress)
3. Progress of external plastering: Finished plastering T1-T11 (Exceeding the schedule of 15 days)
4. Progress of plastering: Already warranted to 8th floor (Reach)
5. Progress of tiling: Has been constructed to the 7th floor (Dat)
6. M&E progress: Has been constructed to the 11th floor (Dat)
7. Pccc progress: Already constructed to level 6 (Dat)
