JOB POSITION: DEPUTY HEAD OF PLANNING & GENERAL DEPARTMENT (IN CHARGE OF TECHNICAL MATTERS)
Job Description
Review technical documents and dossiers (design/verification documents, bidding documents, project files, technical letters/correspondence, etc.) before submission to the Management Board for approval.
Manage all technical-related activities of the Company.
Propose and advise on amendments to internal regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines related to technical matters.
Update the system of legal documents related to the Company’s construction consultancy activities.
Develop solutions for supervising and controlling the quality of consultancy work at projects.
Organize periodic or ad-hoc quality inspections of consultancy work at projects in accordance with approved plans or upon request from the Management Board.
Receive and coordinate with relevant departments to handle and resolve customer complaints.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor and the Management Board.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Management, or related fields.
Good understanding of construction technical processes and methods for civil and industrial works.
Strong knowledge of legal regulations in the construction sector.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Skilled in construction-related software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, etc.
Experience in preparing and controlling design documents and construction methods for civil and industrial projects.
At least 8–10 years of experience in the construction field.
Honest, careful, decisive, with good communication skills.
Preference given to candidates with English proficiency and experience in BIM-based projects.
