Ho May Park, Vung Tau – A Journey of Connection and Spreading Core Values

     On August 11, 2026, 3C Consulting Joint Stock Company organized a company retreat for employees of the Southern Center and regional projects at Ho May Park, Vung Tau. The trip was honored by the presence of the Company Board of Directors, the Trade Union Chairman, and heads of departments and centers—reflecting the leadership’s deep care for the spiritual well-being of all staff members.

     Right upon arriving at Ho May Park, the delegation immersed themselves in the fresh, open natural space of the coastal city of Vung Tau. The organizing team prepared a well-crafted itinerary with a rich lineup of activities, offering employees from various departments and project sites an ideal opportunity to meet, exchange, and bond beyond their day-to-day work environment.

     The highlight of the retreat was a series of energetic team-building activities, thoughtfully designed with challenges that called for teamwork, seamless coordination, and creative thinking. Through these group games, staff members not only enjoyed refreshing moments of relaxation, but also sharpened their teamwork skills and strengthened inter-departmental connection—a foundational element contributing to greater work synergy.

     Closing a day of vibrant activities was an elegant yet warm Gala Dinner. Amidst the lively atmosphere of music and lights, employees and the Board of Directors shared sincere conversations and looked back at memorable milestones along their working journey.

     The retreat at Ho May Park, Vung Tau concluded with great success, leaving lasting memories in the hearts of every participant. It served as a valuable opportunity to foster solidarity and connection, building a strong and ever-growing collective.
