Appointment Ceremony for Center Leadership and February 2026 Monthly Briefing Meeting

On the morning of February 12, 2026, 3C Consulting Joint Stock Company held its February 2026 monthly briefing meeting at the Company’s headquarters. The meeting was attended by members of the Board of Directors, the Board of Management, heads of departments and affiliated centers, as well as key personnel of the Company.

During the meeting, the Finance and Accounting Department and the Planning and General Affairs Department delivered consolidated reports on their recent operational performance, management activities, and task implementation. The Board of Management carefully reviewed the reports, provided analysis, and issued directives aimed at enhancing management and operational efficiency in the coming period.

As part of the program, the Company’s Leadership formally presented the 15-Year Commemorative Medal of Recognition to Mr. Pham Thanh Binh – Director of Project Center 2, in honor of his 15 years of dedication and contribution. The Leadership expressed its sincere appreciation and recognition of his persistent commitment and significant contributions throughout the Company’s development journey.

Regarding personnel matters, the Company announced the following decisions:

• Appointment of Mr. Ta Duy Quang Bai, Deputy Director of Project Center 6, as Director of Project Center 5, effective from February 9, 2026.
• Appointment of Mr. Le Ngoc Hung, staff member of Project Center 6, as Deputy Director of Project Center 6, effective from February 9, 2026.
• Transfer of Mr. Pham Anh Quan, Deputy Director of the Design Center, to the position of Deputy Director of Project Center 3, effective from February 9, 2026.

The Company’s Leadership extended its congratulations to the newly appointed and reassigned personnel, expressing confidence that in their new roles, they will continue to demonstrate competence, responsibility, and practical experience, successfully fulfilling their assigned duties and contributing to the Company’s sustainable development.

At the meeting, the Centers and project teams also reported on their current implementation status and engaged in discussions on solutions to promote market expansion and further strengthen the organizational structure to meet development demands in the new phase.
