3C – Accompanying and Connecting Through the Summer Vacation at Sun Spa Resort Quang Tri

      Recently, 3C Consulting Joint Stock Company organized its annual summer vacation for all staff members at Sun Spa Resort Quang Tri—one of the most beautiful and peaceful resorts in Central Vietnam. This meaningful annual event expresses gratitude for the non-stop contributions of all employees, providing everyone with a chance to relax and bond after a year of hard work and dedication.

       To ensure business operations remained uninterrupted while allowing maximum staff participation, the company organized the trip into two separate batches. With nearly 150 participants, including employees and their families—the solid "backstage support" silently accompanying and empowering the company's growth—each trip was filled with laughter and unforgettable moments.

      Amid the picturesque setting of Sun Spa Resort, team members enjoyed complete relaxation by the beach, taking in the fresh air and premium resort services. The journey also brought the group to explore the magnificent beauty of Phong Nha - Ke Bang, a World Natural Heritage site, along with a unique experience at the Quang Phu Sand Dunes featuring lively outdoor activities.

      Most meaningfully, the group paid tribute and offered incense to General Vo Nguyen Giap at Vung Chua – Yen Island. Beyond honoring the tradition of "remembering the source when drinking water," this was a profound moment of reflection for every 3C member to appreciate the value of peace and the resilient spirit of previous generations.

        An indispensable highlight of the program was the two vibrant yet warm Gala Dinner nights, attended by the entire Board of Management. Chairman of the Board and General Director, Mr. Tran Viet Cuong, shared touching and heartfelt words with everyone. To further foster connections among participants, the organizing team hosted engaging interactive games and presented many valuable gifts to attendees.

        During the second batch's Gala Dinner, the company also solemnly presented the appointment decision to Ms. Truong Thi Le as the Vice Director of the Design Center.

       This vacation was not only an opportunity for staff to rest and recharge after days of tireless work, but also a precious occasion to strengthen solidarity and sharing among team members and their families—those who always stand behind with steadfast support and encouragement. This serves as a tremendous driving force for the 3C collective to remain united, working hand in hand as they stride firmly forward on their development journey and conquer new milestones ahead.
