Diamond Hill Thai Nguyen Celebrates Topping-Out of Tower A – A Major Milestone in Construction Progress

      On June 12, 2026, the Diamond Hill Thai Nguyen Project, developed by BV Invest JSC, officially celebrated the topping-out ceremony of Tower A. This significant milestone reflects the effective collaboration among the Project Owner, 3C Consulting JSC as the Supervision Consultant, and all contractors involved in the project. As the consultant responsible for comprehensive quality and schedule control, 3C is proud to accompany BV Invest in successfully bringing Tower A to this important milestone ahead of schedule.

      Following a period of continuous construction driven by strong commitment and determination, Tower A officially reached its topping-out milestone on June 12, 2026. Meanwhile, under the close supervision and proactive coordination of 3C, construction activities on Tower B continue at an impressive pace. Currently, structural works have progressed to the Level 37 floor slab, while masonry works have reached Level 29. Tower B is expected to achieve topping-out by the end of June 2026.

     The topping-out of Tower A, together with the remarkable progress of Tower B, stands as a strong testament to the credibility and commitment of BV Invest. It also demonstrates the professional project management and supervision capabilities of 3C, as well as the dedication and concerted efforts of all construction teams involved.
